    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after update firefox 131.0 (20240923135042) on windows on main version(Release channel users) a&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;fter each reopening of firefox,its open on new tab below link:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;https://www.mozilla.org/fa/firefox/131.0/whatsnew/?oldversion=127.0&amp;amp;utm_medium=firefox-desktop&amp;amp;utm_source=update&amp;amp;utm_campaign=131&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Since I also have the developer version , I noticed that the feature of changing toolbar options has been added So I tried to change the options and it worked fine. But after opening Firefox every time, it returns to its normal state&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Oh, I think the problem is somewhere else! &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I changed the following statement in about:config to "ignore" :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;And after opening the browser again, the value was back to 131 in about:config!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
