Buttons are ALLLL screwed up in Firefox Developer

I have about FIVE complaints about my buttons on Firefox Developer
#1) my 'plugins' button is ALLLL the way to the left
#2) My HOME button is missing in action
#3) The left and right buttons (forward and back) are to the RIGHT of the URL bar
#4) I had to go into the Plugins folder and 'Pin' my plugins a couple of times

and in RELATED news, I have a discrepancy to report in the presence of FAVICONS.
SOME of my Favicons show up in Firefox. SOME of my FAVICONS show up in Firefox Developer.

(I have a lot of bookmarks. Maybe a couple of thousand, I don't know. In 'Firefox Developer' I show LOTS of Favicons. In Firefox NORMAL those Icons are missing. If I compare the 'Bookmarks Manager' between Firefox and Firefox Developer (screenshot attached) there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason.

I KINDA suspect that some of the favicons are ANCIENT if I look at the Favicons on the RIGHT, the ones that say 'DDWRT' I think that is the FAVICON from my OLD router (Fortinet). I made that change ~4-6 months ago.

I don't know when or why, but I'd like ALL my Favicons to show up (in the bookmarks tab) of BOTH browsers
