Issues with some web sites, Norton account

While trying to update information on my Norton account, such as changing my email address or adding a phone number I either got caught in a loop or was given an error message that my PC was sending to many requests.

I also got caught in a loop when I tried to get support, the page there kept going into a loop. I would input the requested information about name and address, ect, then after hitting next, was sent back to the same page again.

I was able to log in using GG-Chrome and update the information and break the loop.

It appears that Firefox has some issues with several web sites I use and while I like FireFox I may have to change to GG-Chrome (which I am not a fan of) to circumvent these issues in the future.

I hope you fix this.
