Yep, me too. I think I'm going to have to disable the autoupdate as well. As with the original poster, this is the second time this has happened to me too. And I just reinstalled about two hours ago, and I'm getting the same error message again.

We are getting this error:

Platform version '130.0.1' is not compatible with

minVersion >= 130.0

maxVersion <= 130.0

The browser won't even open. It just gives that error. If I get it back running again, I'm gonna discontinue the auto update function. This is the second time that firefox has failed to function after auto update.

The first time we lost all saved passwords to all apps that we use regularly. We had to reset passwords to more than 20 apps. I'm hoping that we didn't lose those passwords again. We use firefox all day for our business sales, email, shipping etc.

Is there a quick fix to this? Do we have to wait for the next update? Do we have to load a different version?

Same for me. FF 130.0, can't open. In fact, it is now hung in the uninstall, so I will have to reboot and hope I can still use the computer...

I have the identical issue. Have you found a solution other than deleting and reinstalling?
