It is a common iOS use case to ‘share’ a webpage PDF directly to the Books app (the preferred PDF viewer on iPhones/iPads). When I do this in Firefox, it reports generating the PDF as expected, but does not transfer it to Books. I cannot find any PDF file. FWIIW, Safari handles this use case. DuckDuckGo agrees to share to Books but fails like Firefox. Chrome does not agree to ‘share’ to Books and so avoids the failure.

A workaround for Firefox, Chrome and DuckDuckGo:

Print the webpage but…

on the print dialog ‘share’ to Books.

This is a bit awkward way and loses the PDF table of contents.
IMO, Firefox should support the use case or not agree to a direct ‘share’ to Books.
