My opinion, of course. DDG isn't much better than Google in giving search results that are a "monopoly of thought." They used to be non- political leaning, but no more.

Now that Google has been declared a monopoly, what would happen in case if Google no longer funds Mozilla? Will Mozilla change their mind and decide to end their search deal with Google, maybe remove Google from its list of default engines, and add Startpage or Searx into the list of search engines for Firefox, as well as make DuckDuckGo, (and the two I suggested) the default search engine?

One thing I suggest, DuckDuckGo would prefer to donate to Mozilla rather than fund to it, and SearX is popular for hardening Firefox, and many can crowdfund Mozilla rather than Google.
