can't use Firefox dev for android Download apks file on github

I'm in a blocked country so I'm using clash for android and I'm not sure if that has any effect

But anyway, I'm having trouble surfing the web with firefox dev. When I download apk files in github firefox always turns into a download failure when it gets to 99%

I checked for updates in the Google app store to make sure I'm using the latest version of Firefox

Same here, it's been months. Whenever I try to download app-release.apk files on github Firefox for Android always fails. Very annoying. No problem with other files, no problem with other browsers. I am on Android 14 and I wonder if there is some kind of security features from Android blocking it? 🙁
