Physical book to better help understand the entire ecosystems of creating an Extension

Hi! I've been trying the past few days to find an “up-to-date” Physical Book to better help me understand pretty much EVERYTHING about how to think and what you need for your first contribution(s) toward the Mozilla Firefox Addon Library.

I do know (obviously!) that there is a few tutorials online, but I tend to always understand better when I have a well-written physical book in my hand!
