Message filter log UI has major problem

I have an up to date version of Thunderbird.

When I click on "Tools/Message Filters" and see the message filters dialog I see a button in the lower right corner "Filter Log".

When clicked it brings up a dialog box with a checkbox to enable (it is on..), a button with "Clear Log", and a button "Close".

It shows NOTHING by default. Just a very short (low height on the screen) dialog, no grab handles on Windows, no Scroll bars, nothing.. Today I discovered that if one drags the size of the window larger, there actually is content that is visible showing the results of various spam filters running.

Perhaps set a minimum size of this dialog.
