Thunderbird still shows 1 new message even though all read.

Says 1 message still unread even though all are read since last update. Now on 115.5.1 (32-bit) using win 7 pro. Can even say 1 unread in junk after deleting all of them. Also used to display in bottom bar that a new message was in, useful when open behind FF but visible bottom bar as I do not have FF full screen. Tried restart thunderbird still shows 1.

I received an email saying I have kodos, went to 3. After reading it, Now showing 2 unread when there is not any.

Same here. Imap subfolder no unread Mails, but in the Foldertree is a symbol for 3 unread Mails.

Just found emails showing when I switched my ipad on. Just been showing 2 unread in Thunderbird but no emails. Show ok on ipad, just as well as one was important. the 2 unread symbol on Thunderbird has now gone, BUT still no emails, both from same person. Asked sender to resend the important one, membership renewal. Wait and see if it shows.
