Text symbol name shown in place of actual symbol.

The following problem only occurs in the later version(s) of Firefox and is so irritating.

It seems as tough Firefox has lost a symbol table so places the text name of the symbol in the position that the symbol should be displayed. i.e. the following words shown should actually be symbols.

Visibility, should be an “Eye” symbol.

swap_vert, should be a ?

forward should be a right pointing solid triangle (as used as a Play button).
