Thunderbird event time irregular

Hi, I am from Kuala Lumpur. Recently we upgraded to Thuderbird Supernova 115. We started seeing weird appointment schedules (which is event's are offset by 40 minutes mostly) and finally we notice the difference in VTIMEZONE in the ICS file.
