In the past we could submit feedback directly with no hassles and no login needed.

Finally annoyed enough to want to submit feedback. Don't make it worse by making me log into something I never want to visit again.

Mozilla learning from Microsoft that user feedback is a useless annoyance.

I have an unusable Mozilla browser after an update (error message popup and no browser) and a volunteer who is trying to tell me how to uninstall and install, yet having no way to log into Mozilla to uninstall. I am in the process of moving my activity to another browser as I am unable to rectify my problem. I have enjoyed Mozilla for sometime but I am working to have another fully operational browser so this can't happen to me again.

I turned off the update notifications, because it is annoying to be constantly nagged to install the latest version, which more often then not has more problems than the previous versions. I also replaced the current version of Mozilla with an older version. Currently running version 100. It has some bugs, but still much better than the newer versions that followed.

Look for a version of Portable Mozilla. You can run that off a USB Flash Drive or load it onto the Hardrive. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Might be worth considering.
