I want to add to my post about the failure of Firefox on my desk top which uses Windows 10, in south east London. Firefox has again dropped out for 36 hours, starting at 16.42 hrs on Tuesday 5 September. Again, my i-Pad continues to work for email and for the internet. The solutions which Firefox offer are too complicated for me to implement because they involve experimenting to find the solution that might fit. I like Firefox and respect its care over privacy but this haphazard failure of Firefox makes the server unreliable. I shall be glad of Firefox advice.

Roger Gartland.

I have had Firefox for years on my HP desktop in south east London UK. On Friday 1 September 2023, it was not possible to get any site on the internet from my computer. For example, there was no connection to, BBC.com. My service is provided by British Telecom, ('BT') who twice checked all the connections on Saturday 2 September between 08.40 hrs and 09.55 hrs. and were certain the problem did not lie with BT.

Did anyone else in the area, or elsewhere in the UK, find Firefox unavailable ?

Thank you.

Roger Gartland.
