    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since some time I get the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Unexpected response from server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This document cannot be displayed,&lt;BR /&gt;unless you install the personal security manager (PSM).&lt;BR /&gt;Download and install the PSM and try again, or contact your system administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that the personal security manager is installed on your system.&lt;BR /&gt;This may be due to a non-default configuration of the server."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&lt;STRONG&gt;t would be thoughtful of Thunderbird to indicate, in this message, via a link, where I could find that particular download.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When I search for "Download PSM" I get all kinds of options that have to do with sound and/or music.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the above hint is completely worthless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Can that also be done differently?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(I haven't been able to retrieve mail via Thunderbird for several weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
