Cannot search for add ons

I am trying TB 102...
If I open the Add-ons Manager, type "signature" in the "Find more add-ons",
a new tab opens that says "Loading" and it hangs there and doesn't show
anything.
If I add one of the recommended extensions, like "Addon Compatibility Check",
it works.
I want to insert my own signatures.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro 22H2.
How do I fix that?

Okay, I did some testing...
TB 102 works fine in Windows 8.1 32-bit.
TB 115 beta 6 works fine in Windows 8.1 32-bit.

So, I uninstalled TB102 from Wiindows 10 Pro 22H2 64-bit because it didn't work.
I then installed TB 115 and it works. I can create my own signatures as I
am able to install and use the signature switch extension.

So whatever was wrong in TB 102 has been fixed in TB 115.
Maybe a problem with running a 32-bit program on a 64-bit system?
