Bonjour,
Je suis retraité, 67 ans, assez bonnes connaissances en utilisation d’un ordinateur depuis de nombreuses années et utilisateur de diverses messageries, mais 1ère expérience de Thunderbird, d’où la question suivante

En faisant (écrire un message) on arrive sur une fenêtre avec une ligne (De avec mon adresse mail) et une autre ligne (Pour) dans laquelle on indique le destinataire
Dans la plupart des messageries, il n’est pas indiqué (pour) mais (à) étant un bouton qui par un clic ouvre l’annuaire faire son choix

Quel est le moyen d’accéder à l’annuaire à cet endroit ? ou de remplacer ce (pour) par un bouton actif ?

I am retired, 67 years old, fairly good knowledge of using a computer for many years and user of various messaging systems, but 1st experience of Thunderbird, hence the following question By doing (write a message) you arrive on a window with a line (From with my email address) and another line (To) in which you indicate the recipient In most messaging systems, it is not indicated (for) but (to) being a button which, by clicking, opens the directory to make your choice

What is the way to access the directory at this location? or replace this (for) with an active button?
