You're just forcing user to click login->enter email->click send->new tab->login on another (mail) site->refresh->find message and click it->click link inside message (Sign in to Khoros Production)
why all these extra body movements instead of just using password via browser's autofill?

Hi, is this a problem with a Firefox Account? Are you referring to multi-factor authentication, i.e., in addition to your user name and password, you need to demonstrate either control of a primary email address or knowledge of keys used to generate one-time PIN codes?
