topic Feedback - disable automatic download opening in Discussions

Hi, I wanted to feedback that the feature added to automatically open downloads should be optional. If you are downloading a lot you don't want it all to open, and it seems a lot of people are unhappy and have switched browsers.
I am aware there is meant to be a setting in about:config to customize this behaviour (browser.download.alwaysOpenPanel) but it no longer seems to work as of a couple of days ago.
