    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you create new email filter in thunderbird, you can not move the window Filter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nor can you scroll the list of emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my 1280 screen, that means I can only see 8 emailfolders in the filter list, so I can not create filter - Move to... to more than 8 of the folders. This is a huge problem &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
