There is a moderation for duplicate ideas?

I see that there are duplicate ideas but a manual approval is required to publish them.

As example some duplicates about the download manager:

But searching for download we find 86 posts https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false&q=downloadk

Probably there are a lot of fake positive because of the keyword my looking also at the past my reports there is no such moderation or aggregation for similar ideas.

Thanks for flagging these and bringing them to our attention. Yes, there is moderation for similar ideas and several of them have already been merged, but it's an ongoing activity and always will—so we appreciate when users are able to notice the duplicates and flag them. We are also encouraging users to "always search first" before posting, in case their idea or discussion post already exists in the community.
