I got prompted by Firefox if I wanted to do a "refresh" to improve speed and performance and I would not lose any of my fave or history etc... DONT do it! The "refresh" removes all your extenstions, I had to re-download & install and configure my extensions. Most important it didnt keep a snapshot of all my previous session tabs! So lesson learned and I'll figure out an automated tab/session backup export.
