    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, has anyone recently started to see a second scroll bar appear on the right of your window on various websites? It doesn't actually function, however when I try and use up / down buttons on the numeric pad to scoll they seem to align to this new scroll bar, therefore I am unable to scroll the page via this method.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
