Ist there a way without another App to get Updates directly?

@Carl68 : download the APK directly from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/fenix/releases/

Go into the latest version (currently 158.0.1)
Click Android
Choose the right app type for your phone (arm64-v8a for most new phones; armeabi-v7a for older ones)
Then download the APK file you see

Once it's downloaded to your phone, go into an app that let's you browse files, tap on that APK, and then
do an "Install" or "Update app" when asked. You may need to go into your phone's settings and look for how to allow manual APK updates, which usually let's you pick specific apps allowed to do that -- so set your default file browser app to have permission.
