Please add an option to disable the Firefox logo overlay when switching apps

On iPadOS, Firefox briefly covers the currently open webpage with a Firefox-logo screen whenever the app temporarily loses focus.

This happens not only when fully switching to another app, but also when:
- opening the App Switcher
- pulling down Control Center or Notification Center
- briefly moving Firefox into the background and returning

The page itself remains loaded underneath, so this does not appear to be a reload. However, the logo overlay is visually distracting and makes normal multitasking feel broken. It appears very frequently during everyday use on an iPad.

Please add a setting to disable this overlay, for example:

Settings → Privacy → “Show privacy screen when Firefox is inactive” [On/Off]

I understand that the overlay may be intended to hide page contents in the iOS App Switcher. That should be an optional privacy preference, not mandatory behavior for every user. Users who value privacy can keep it enabled, while users who want uninterrupted multitasking can turn it off.

At minimum, please avoid showing it for brief interruptions such as opening Control Center or the App Switcher.

Agreed. It’s very annoying when trying to reference a webpage, I don’t want to take screenshots. This feature should be opt-in by default.
